She's Echo, a nymph from the Greek mythology.
Her story is sad ):

I decided to paint this only in plain colors because I'm really bad painting, shadowing backgrounds. I had to draw a background because she would be too lonely
I would kill the character if I added shadows lol , I have to improve my painting skills D:
